Below are important details for this week:


Picture Day

Picture forms were placed in your child’s mailbox today.  You can order prior to picture day online at MYLIFETOUCH.COM.  Our Picture Day ID: MI195094Y1

  • Students who attend Monday - Friday or Mon/Wed/Fri will have pictures taken on October 7th after 11am.  AM only students can drop in Main Campus on Tuesday anytime or between 11am and 2pm at the Annex on October 7th.

  • Students who ONLY attend Tue/Thurs will have pictures taken on Oct 6th.  We will be walking the students to Main Campus for pictures.  

  • Retake Day: Tuesday, November 10, 2015

  • The PTO's first General Meeting of the year will be Tuesday, September 29 at 7pm in the Lower School Gym. Teachers from grades 1-5 will be presenting a brief overview of the activities and learning objectives that make their grade level unique. Everyone is welcome, as it is a great chance to learn about your child's grade level as well as to preview the grades to come. Snack Schedules:  Classroom teachers are in the process of setting up snack schedules for their classrooms.  Each family will be asked to bring snack a couple times a year.  Since some students attend full weeks, while other only attend a few days a week, we ask that you only provide for the number of days that your child attends.  We appreciate your help in keeping our classroom snacks healthy and “nut-free.”


Payments - Fee Pay

September’s programs fees were due September 22 - All payments MUST be submitted manually online through FeePay.  This helps our program immensely, as we do not have a billing department.  As seamless as we can make the payment process, the better!

PayPams for Lunch

All students should now be set up in PayPams.  Please make sure to register at Paypams.com and your can:

  • Pre-Pay for School Meals

  • View your child’s meal account balance

  • Schedule automatic payments

  • Receive low balance email reminders

All students have been assigned a personal identification numbers.  Charging meals is discouraged and students are notified of balances.  If you will not be using PayPams to pay for meals, then payments can be made to District 831 and must be marked with the student’s full name, grade, and pin number.
