A huge thank you to the students, staff, and families who participated in the Glow Run and Color Run last Friday! The LS playground is fully funded and will be installed in the next two weeks! For now, please hug a PTO member when you see one; this volunteer group coordinated a huge effort to better both campuses. THANK YOU!

  • Picture Day is Coming! Smile and say cheese at Main Campus on Oct 3-4 for PreK-5th grades. Upper School takes photos Oct 4 only. Make it successful by ordering online, reading the flyer, and volunteering (4 needed) for a 3 hr shift on the day of the event.
  • Book Fair: Do you like the smell of brand new books?! Get your fix by volunteering at the Book Fair! It's time to start planning for the Fall Scholastic/China Sprout Book Fairs and our librarian, Sra. Ellyn, would like to invite YOU to help pull it off. She's building a team of enthusiastic and talented volunteers -  sign-up here or contact This email address is being protected from spambots. • Model Assembly: Students in grades 8-12, if you're interested in Model Assembly (like Model Nations), sign up by October 3 for a discount! Practice starts in November, with the competition taking place January 4-7.
  • 9/29 - Regular School Day (Forestview Elementary has it off, but we follow the FL High School schedule and its bussing and they have school)
  • 10/12 - Ski Club Information Night, 6:30-8:00pm in the Main Campus Gym. See flyer for details!
  • 10/18 - Evening Conferences (Regular School Day)
  • 10/19 Daytime Conferences, NO SCHOOL
  • 10/20 - 10/23 NO SCHOOL, MEA Break and Monday Inservice

  • LS Afternoon Traffic: Curbside is a popular option this year! If your student is eligible to ride the bus, please consider that option. Also, if you need to park and leave Main Campus between 1:45pm and 2:30pm, avoid the congestion and park across the street.
  • Concert Dates: The 2017-2018 Music Performance Dates have been published for both Lower and Upper School. If you like to plan ahead, check it out here and save the dates now.
